You might try booting into safe mode and uninstalled the video driver. Right click on my computer, properties, device manager. Go to display adapter and unlratsli.Tny rebooting. If that does not work, then try going back to a restore point before the update. Click on Start>help & support> and look for Restore to an earlier date.
